Healing God Narbonensis

Narbonensis. He is equated with Apollo and has similarities to the Goddess Sirona, who was also a healing God associated with mineral springs. Bormo, the healing God of bubbling springs was also associated with plenty, and is pictured holding a goblet, purse and plate of fruit, he was also known in Spain and Portugal.

Bourbonne-les- Bains is a spa town in the Champarne-Ardenne region of Eastern France, and is a health resort due to the hot springs, the same springs known to the Gauls and to the Romans who built a bath complex, with dedications to Maponos and Borvo. The waters have been used for over 2000 years and it is used for bones, rheumatism and E. N. T. with over 11,000 patients visiting the spa a year.
